Composer Downloads contains invalid characters

Description

Running Gitea 1.24 as composer proxy leads to unusable zip files when using composer require as the downloaded zip files contains headers:

Selfhosted running in docker behind reverse proxy

Also contains the headers when trying to download directly on gitea host. So not a reverse proxy problem at all
