The full flow:

Create a Safe (assume already done provide / will be done externally).
Create a Snapshot Space (assume already done provide / will be done externally).
[Reality Module] Deploy a Reality.eth clone (minimal proxy) if a token without a Reality.eth oracle deployment is going to be used for the oracle bond. #99
Create a Reality.eth template and add it to the oracle. #94
Enable the Reality Modula on the Safe #82 *
Add the Reality.eth plugin/SafeSnap to the Snapshot Space #83 *
[Reality Module] Set up monitoring service #86
