Create scripts to automatically and programmaticality retrieve, parse and clean data from different sources. This includes:

  • Getting the csv generated by Medtronic's Carelink web portal from the shared directory used by the virtual machine.
  • Retrieving data from MySugr App, i.e. getting Python to retrieve the desired message from my email inbox.
  • Removing the head/tail of csv documents that impede successful parsing by pandas.read_csv
