[Feature Request] set default workspace for programs that match no other rules

Describe the problem/motivation

In my config, I send some programs (by window_class and window_title) to dedicated workspace.
All other programs should be sent to a "general" workspace (for example to workspace 5).

I could not find a way to define a default workspace.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to define in the config a workspace that collects all the programs that do not match any of the specific rules.
