What is the problem/feature you would like to see fixed/implemented?

When the hotkey Ctrl+Shift+D, nothing happens

How can we reproduce the problem?

  1. Go to Browser
  2. Select tags for filtered deck
  3. Ctrl+Shift+D

Expected behavior: A filtered deck setting pop-up

Actual behavior: Nothing

Reproducible?: Yes
