What about a simple JavaScript filter that will by clicking on it leave only those people which are involved in a certain subproject? So something like "show grambank people", and one could even add some fancy animation for the transition. Similarly, having "tags" for all people could be used for that purpose, but tags would allow to be even more precise, since people could have "GramBank" and "Design", and "Coder", etc, and in the end one could even show some tree or network based on shared features.
