appears to get the most recent xlsx version of the ICTV viral taxonomy.

added a versioned copy of Main Species List of ICTV at https://github.com/jhpoelen/ictv and https://jhpoelen.nl/ictv

Also, I transcribed the XLSX spreadsheets into tsv/csv/json formats.
