This is a short-term compromise for fixing the current spew of output. We include only .d.ts files and package.json files from node_modules in the input tree to the TypeScript compiler, which reduces the set of files enough to make rebuilds plausibly faster.

Hopefully @krisselden will be able to provide an elegant solution for the broccoli-typescript-compiler
