What article on docs.github.com is affected?

https://docs.github.com/en/billing/concepts/budgets-and-alerts#included-usage-alerts

What part(s) of the article would you like to see updated?

As GitHub correspondence asserts that I can learn about what it means to use "2 GB of Actions storage" (which appears to contravene the branding which is listed here as "GitHub Actions storage", but that's not my problem), there should be content on this page that explains what it means, what will happens without intervention and what one can do about it. (The email is absolutely useless.)

My basic questions to all GitHub staff relating to this email and documentation are:

  1. If I have set a budget of $0, what happens?
  2. If the service knew I set a budget to $0, why didn't it tell me and explain what would happen for the $0 case (this isn't particularly applicable to the docs here, but ...)?
  3. Does hitting the budget really block further usage? We're paying for actions minutes, and I've never noticed actions failing to run.

Additional information

This article is referenced by GitHub correspondence:

Your plan includes 2 GB of Actions storage per month at no extra cost. You have used 100% so far this billing cycle.

2.0 GB used / 2 GB included

You'll be billed for usage beyond the included amount - unless a $0 budget is set for Actions, which blocks further usage until it resets. Your usage will reset in 15 days on April 01, 2026.
