What article on docs.github.com is affected?
https://docs.github.com/en/copilot/how-tos/configure-custom-instructions/add-repository-instructions?tool=webui
Under "Creating repository-wide custom instructions", the paragraph starting "You can create your own custom instructions file" is being rendered twice. It only appears once in the source, so I think this must be a page rendering/generation error.

## Creating repository-wide custom instructions |

You can create your own custom instructions file from scratch. See [Writing your own copilot-instructions.md file](#writing-your-own-copilot-instructionsmd-file). Alternatively, you can ask {% data variables.copilot.copilot_coding_agent %} to generate one for you. |

### Asking {% data variables.copilot.copilot_coding_agent %} to generate a `copilot-instructions.md` file |
Screenshot:
I'm using Microsoft Edge Version 146.0.3856.62 (Official build) (64-bit). I've verified the problem persists even in a private browsing window, so I don't believe this is a local cache problem.
What changes are you suggesting?
Whatever is causing this paragraph to render twice should stop doing that.
