TypeScript Types are not published

Types for the TypeScript library are not published. Current workaround involves rewriting cot_summary to reasoning_text so the Copilot SDK emits reasoning_delta events (the SDK's streaming path only checks delta.reasoning_text, not delta.cot_summary).
