Drawing With Code Workshop At Great Neck Public Library

Instructions

Sign up and getting around the editor

• Navigate to the [p5.js online editor] (https://editor.p5js.org/)
• Click Sign up on the top left corner and sign up with email and pw
• Click on the pencil icon above the text editor and rename your sketch
• Click the settings icon choose a theme, and text size
• Click file --> save, now your project is saved!
• Click file --> open, you can see a list of your saved projects here

Getting started with code

• Click the play button to run your code, a grey box should have appeared
• Click the stop button to stop running your code
