Have access to jupyter's Girder token/API from inside a notebook

Create some way to use the already-provided credentials used for browsing the filesystem in jupyterlab inside a notebook kernel (available as an env variable, or in a file somewhere?).

Minimally, this can provide a way to create an authenticated Girder python client instance without re-entering the API url/key/token.
