[Enhancement] Multiple profile settings

Summary

The current implementation of PD Live is scoped to a per user/session basis.
i.e. users can only see one set of query settings at a time

Customers may have different views/settings depending on each team, service, priority, etc, and this should be switchable within the application context. There may also be a further use-case on sharing these views between different team members (addressed by #38)
