Hi,
I am trying to run the development version of pySolo-video on a Mac OSX. All the packages necessary for supporting pySolo-video are properly installed. However, I consistently seem to get the following error:

How would I go about resolving this problem? Thank you.

It seems there was some patched code left in there by mistake. Please try now.
However, you may want to notice that pysolo-video is obsolete now and it has been replaced by ethoscopes http://biorxiv.org/content/early/2017/03/27/113647

Thank you. However, I now receive a new error with pysolo-video:

I will try using ethoscopes.
