Resizing desktop icons while applying new wallpaper turns to solid color #16

In Windows 10 while you apply a new wallpaper with this tool, and at the time you are resizing the icons, Windows 10's desktop background configuration turns to solid color mode.

I don't know if having installed fences has something to do with it, but just to mention it is also installed but disabled.

BTW: Downloading again the same picture seems unnecessary, it would be great to include a caching folder to avoid downloading again, 'cause in slow or metered connections are not convenient.
