Hi,

trying to follow the instructions to start a VM with QEMU on Mac I realized that this link isn't providing any image. Is there an alternative resource any where available? Or is it possible to use another image and if yes which one? I tried out with two different ones but without success.

Yup, I just experienced the same. The /jammy index does not have anything anymore.

Since we'll eventually using cloud images, I ditched the CDROM part and moved on to the image section.
I was able to start a VM via 24.04 arm64 image listed in here.

Maybe this would help.

Yes, unfortunately it seems like Ubuntu no longer publishes LiveCD images for arm64. The only option I see now is to move straight to the second chapter, and a proper solution is to rewrite that part of the tutorial to not use the Live CD (or just drop it altogether, as it is purely "educational")

Looks like they are actually publishing these images, but only for daily builds of upcoming release, e.g.
