Feature Request: Gemma3n multimodal support

Feature Description

Currently only gemma3n text modality is supported and so multimodal inference(ASR/vision) cannot be carried out.

Motivation

Currently only gemma3n text modality is supported in llama.cpp. Please add support for gemma3n multimodality.

The vision encoder in Gemma3n is MobileNetV5, which may require additional support.
