Feature Request: Suggest to provide armv7l version to run on Raspberry Pi devices. #14348

Prerequisites
- I am running the latest code. Mention the version if possible as well.
- I carefully followed the README.md.

- I reviewed the Discussions, and have a new and useful enhancement to share.
Feature Description
I suggest to provide armv7l version, to run llama.cpp on Raspberry Pi devices.
