I'm sorry for ask you some question about how to make in Windows Opera System. I download the ggml-base.en.bin , and the next step make can not run sucessfully.

This is for Linux. But I use it for Windows

The Makefile is implemented for Linux. I think someone mentioned that you can use it on Windows + WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux), but I haven't personally tried it.

Also you can check issue #5 for building on Windows or the CI job here on Github:
