add -sow split on word to example on main page and in command reference and -fp font-path and -oj --output-json

I know I should've just done ./main -h at the beginning but instead I printed out command reference to refer to when constructing command.

For example, to limit the line length to a maximum of 16 characters, simply add -ml 16:
possibly change to (as I'd assume vast majority would want -sow when limiting the line length)
