Add Сhantools from LND

During the update to version 1.0.0, I experienced problems with LND like many users, after which I had to re-synchronize bitcoin core and LND. I had to force close all channels to restore my bitcoins. Unfortunately, the closure of 2 channels was hanging in the mempool, I contacted LND, and they offered me the chantools pullanchor option, but for the average user it is quite difficult to do. It would be nice if you could implement the use of this command through your UI to improve usability for your customers.
