[Feature proposal] to Lightning Node #40

Please implement Progress Indicator (similar to Umbrel Bitcoin UI now has) to Lightning Node.
Would be very nice after restoring the node.

At least in lnd.log progress looks like this:

Birthday of the node would also nice to see, if possible :)
