Run automated tests (Add Automated Tests #2)
Build command-line tool (release configuration)
Bump version (workflow input to specify major/minor/patch)
Automatically create release notes
Attach release binary to release
Publish it automatically

This will be a manual workflow but means I don't need to manually build it all the time and enables consistency.
