Sentry UI Error on Slack Notification Click

Steps to Reproduce

A user receiving Slack notifications from the Codecov Sentry instance encountered an issue when clicking on a notification. Instead of being redirected correctly, the Sentry UI displayed an error:

"The organization you were looking for was not found."

Steps to Reproduce:

• Receive a Slack notification from Sentry regarding a Codecov-related event.
• Click on the notification link.
• The browser redirects to a Sentry page with an error message stating that the organization was not found.

Expected Result

The user should be directed to the appropriate Sentry organization and Alert without errors.

Actual Result

The user sees a "The organization you were looking for was not found" error message.

Looks like the user is logged in to another organization which is called demo-n2, so the notification fails to open the codecov org due to authentication failure.
