Expand the `find_teams` tool to also return the numerical ID

I attempted to use Claude and the Sentry MCP to re-assign several issues based on some criteria. I ran into an issue due to the fact that the find_teams tool currently only returns the slug for teams, but update_issue expects the numerical team ID.

Updating update_issue to also accept a slug would be an alternative solution.

good catch! we so rarely use some of those flows that things like that have slipped through

i think both is probably the right call given we havent fully deprecated team (and we have the same problem with project).

@cursoragent can you put up a PR that addresses this? find_teams should include the numeric ID in the output, and update_issue, similar to some that accept a ProjectSlugOrId, should accept a TeamSlugOrId, and when a slug is passed it will need to query for the ID.
