Web Application Crash Report

Hi, I have problem with my web application (ReactJS). Many report come the app crash, javascript main thread stuck. And unfortunately, because main thread stuck this behaviour cannot be reported programmatically. Is it still possible for sentry to report javascript main thread crash ?
