Out of date Jira server integration docs

Steps to Reproduce

The current Jira Server integration setup docs do not match the most recent version of Jira Server.
The UI and options used in the guide are no longer present in Jira, and some mandatory options on the UI are not mentioned in the docs.

For example, there is an option to choose between incoming or outgoing direction that is not mentioned in our docs:

From initial conversation with the Integrations team, the docs is reflecting Jira Server v8 and the current version is v9.

Expected Result

The docs reflects the current version of the platform, in this case Jira Server.

Actual Result

Out of date docs.
