Submission count on data tab is not updated when a Submission is restored #867

Steps to reproduce:

Note the number of submission on the data tab
Deleted a Submission - submission count is reduced by 1 on the data tab
Click on "deleted Submissions" button
Undelete a Submission - submission count is still same

Same issue is with the Entities, should be fixed together.
