currently using the app engine default of 10 minutes. everything grunt-rev handles should be cranked up to a year or more.

Switched from App Engine to Nodejitsu, reopening. This is now blocked by http-party/http-server#63 and jfhbrook/node-ecstatic#94, or we could just use a different http server that allows this.
