[Feature Request] Export to HTML file

Description

A setting or command to export a single html file of your homepage for offline use, with integrations and widgets stripped out (services would be similar to bookmarks).

Other

Would give continuous access to your links/boomarks in cases when your docker container is down/being updated, network address changes (like installing a new router), or loss of WAN access if usually access via your own public domain.

Bonus if the HTML file is automatically generated every time the homepage is updated, leaving you with the most up to date page. In this case an app like syncthing could be used to get a copy of the file on all your devices.
