Language Switch in Vendor Dashboard (New Template) Causes 404 Error

Scenario:
When switching languages in sections of the vendor dashboard that use the new template (e.g., Coupons, Withdraw, Announcement, Shipping), the URL structure changes incorrectly. Instead of keeping the correct page URL, the URL is changed, which leads to a 404 error.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to the Vendor Dashboard.
2. Navigate to a section that uses the new template (e.g., Coupons, Withdraw, Announcement, Shipping).
3. Switch the site language (from English → other language, e.g., Spanish, or vice versa).
4. Observe how the URL changes and no longer includes the correct vendor dashboard subpage.

Expected Behavior:
When switching languages on a vendor dashboard page (new template), the URL structure should preserve the correct vendor dashboard subpage (e.g., /dashboard/coupons/, /dashboard/withdraw/) while changing only the language prefix. The translated page should load properly.
