REQUEST: Please add Folder/File LOCKS to deter agents changes #2941

Please add a user-manageable flag boolean in the UI (lock True/False)

This would allow us to ensure that the Agent does NOT touch a file we want to keep as is

This can be enhanced to:

ON
OFF
ASK_FIRST (in order to ask the user before you make changes to that folder/file)
...etc

Yes. Sometimes I tell the agent that a behavior is changed and I need it to update the unit test but it still tries to update the behavior.
