Network level VPN seems have problem

hi,

after updating my geph from 4.10 to 4.99.2 i have a problem with the Network level VPN , when i active it and connect to the servers i can see the every thing is fine and i can use browser, but terminal seems like dont get effect, this problem is happening after installing the new geph,
my OS is fedora linux
i used ping in terminal to google.com but it is 100% packet loss, this is happening when in browser every thing is working fine
