The Turbo-JPEG extension is OOM prone under load

It's better to remove it , but simply doing so will reduce performance significantly.

However, if we use the Ubuntu/Debian JDK, then JPEG encoding performance will be on par even without the plugin (spoiler, that JDK uses libjpeg-turbo internally, but in a smarter/less memory consuming way it seems).
