[Feature Request] Limit "cleanBeforeImport" to imported records #55

Current status: cleanBeforeImport does exactly whats documented: remove all news records from the given PID.

Target status: Limit deletion to records where import_source=newsimporticsxml_ics

Reason for request: In case of manually created events prevent their deletion - it does not cause larger effort.
