Add support for remote forwards or reverse tunnels. It looks like Net:SSH supports this, looks pretty easy to implement. The most immediate problem is figuring out how to fold it into the configuration file without making the file much more complicated. I haven't put a lot of thought into it yet, but I do want the TBM configuration to be as simple as is possible.
