vagrant-berkshelf doesn't allow for net-ssh-2.7.0

Hey Guys,

Running vagrant-berkshelf with net-ssh-2.7.0 seems to work just fine. Are there known issues with this version of net-ssh that led to the restriction of this packages version?

Was this supposed to be filed on vagrant-berkshelf? It looks like you're asking vagrant-berkshelf to support net-ssh 2.7.0, but I'm not sure if I'm misreading that.

If this is actually meant for TBM, then upgrading Net::SSH is already something on my list that I just haven't gotten to (see issue #53). I don't know of anything preventing the upgrade, other than I haven't done it. I also haven't specified TBM's dependency on net-ssh in a way that allows a range of versions. '~> 2.6.6' would probably be fine even now.
