Ganon a k-mer-based read classification tool that uses Interleaved Bloom Filters in conjunction with a taxonomic clustering and a k-mer counting/filtering scheme.
Ganon’s strengths are an ultra-fast indexing method for large sets of reference sequences and also resources efficiency.

1: Compare the Ganon classification results with those of the other two DNA-based classifiers, Kraken2 and Centrifuge.
2: Can we run Ganon for a very big BLAST nt database, considering Ganon's better ability to handle large databases and its memory efficiency?
