Project description

This project will result in a product that is a GPI 2.0 file that maps PRO identifiers to Reactome entities. That file will then be used to translate the Reactome biopax data into annotatable entities in Noctua. The project is complete when the Reactome entity-PRO mapping is completes and we are able to generate a GPI file that can be used to build NEO and has xrefs to Reactome entities that are contained in the BioPax file.
