Project description

The purpose of this project is to complete easy and high-value gorules tickets, adding to the current work in ontobio. This excludes migrating to new base software, refactors, or spinning GO portions out of ontobio.

Note that the tickets in this project were taken from open tickets in https://github.com/orgs/geneontology/projects/47 https://github.com/orgs/geneontology/projects/40 - this needs to be vetted.

The assumption here is that all rules, tests, etc. will be using the current state of the ontobio system. If that needs to change, @kltm would like a tech doc and review.

• fixed gorule-0000003 to set status to deprecated
• gorule-0000005: we dont know why the error is not showing up in the reports (probably due to being ran be owl-tools)
• gorule-0000061: more tests

Status: Anushya started a pipeline build yesterday. We could have results of the last rules this week.
