I think there is an issue with the causal flow in Reactome. R-HSA-2993799, R-HSA-2993447 and R-HSA-2993802 are all upstream of both R-HSA-3323111 and the next reaction R-HSA-3065959. This causes a short circuit in the GO-CAM and the spatial flow is also broken. R-HSA-3323111 should be upstream of R-HSA-3065959 if it's legal to have a black box upstream.
R-HSA-3076881 is upstream of both R-HSA-4167501, which leave the product in the cytosol, and R-HSA-3065959, which leaves the product in the mitochondrial matrix. We either need to get the BCTN out of the mitochondrial matrix or make it all degraded there don't we?
