  • Create a mouse model based on the Reactome import.
  • It’s not clear to me what the difference is between R-HSA-9638064 and R-HSA-1889955. I see the dotted line, but it’s not clear why. Could be the lumen versus membrane issue again.
A dotted line connects two physical entities of which at least one is a set, when one or more members of one entity are also members of the other. In this case, BGAT3, the sole catalyst of the lower reaction, is also a member of the set of three possible catalysts of the upper reaction.

  • The HNK-1 epitope is related to the common linker in GAG synthesis, but has a slightly different structure. Many of the enzymes are conserved between HNK-1 synthesis and GAG linker synthesis. HNK-1 seems to be important in neural development and synapse maturation. Should we make a special pathway? (PMID:26659409).
  • Add Usx1 catalyzing the formation of UDP-xylose as upstream of the xlyosyltransferase? See my mouse model: http://noctua.geneontology.org/editor/graph/gomodel:626b20c100000185?
  • Request a new GO process for this sub-pathway?
