I believe that the gene SLC38A1 should be moved from GO:1901036 ("positive regulation of L-glutamine import across plasma membrane") to be directly in GO:1903803 ("L-glutamine import across plasma membrane"). The protein itself (also called SNAT1) is a glutamine transporter, and I couldn't find any obvious regulatory activity outside of actual glutamine transport.
The same goes for the human, mouse, and rat homologous genes.
Dear all,
I believe that the gene SLC38A1 should be moved from GO:1901036 ("positive regulation of L-glutamine import across plasma membrane") to be directly in GO:1903803 ("L-glutamine import across plasma membrane"). The protein itself (also called SNAT1) is a glutamine transporter, and I couldn't find any obvious regulatory activity outside of actual glutamine transport.
