The issue seems to be in these lines where the sampler for a given channel should be preset.

I'm skimming trough the logging info searching for clues where the other samplers should be preset but haven't found any.

Maybe the lines of code should be something like:

            if((channel_evt->status & 0xF0) == 0xC0) {
                [self setPresetNumber:channel_evt->data1];
            }

It would make more sense but those won't work either.
