Portal suggestions

To keep from cluttering up the issues board with potentially stale or resolved issues, I will simply move my personal notes into this issue.

10/22/20: Bulk upload would be nice. Or have an “upload another” for assets after you upload one.
10/22/20: Order of assets is by date, not by time, so order may not be as expected.
11/17/20: Need top-level domain for testing. (I think we meant endpoints that you can point to to make sure your portal is working.)
11/17/20: Possibly need to document proper request forms (header, body schema) for stuff like login on the backend.
11/17/20: Move BUCKET_NAME from aws.js to config.js.
11/17/20: Need to show “no courses” if courses list is empty.
11/17/20: Update SHA1 to SHA256 for password security, probably.
11/17/20: Rob pointed out data API endpoints are not correct.
11/17/20: Closing new course page takes you back to edit users page instead of edit courses page.
11/17/20: I think it might be possible to actually make no one an admin, rendering the portal unmanageable in other places’ deployments.

11/17/20: Limit abilities of instructor.
11/17/20: Need a Postman-echo-style relay server. (IMO we can also do editor-to-editor networking.)
