Scale parameter in LP 2 was missing and was set to NA

Hello, Why does the following situation occur when running BGLR?
{nIter=6000;burnIn=2000;thin=3;S0=NULL;weights=NULL;R2=0.5;df0=5;}
DF in LP 1 was missing and was set to 5
R2 in LP 1 was missing and was set to 0.25
Scale parameter in LP 1 was missing and was set to 1.68210235993004
DF in LP 2 was missing and was set to 5
R2 in LP 2 was missing and was set to 0.25
Scale parameter in LP 2 was missing and was set to NA

Iter=1 Time/Iter=3.842
VarE=NA

Iter=2 Time/Iter=3.832
VarE=NA

Can you check if you have missing values in the second component of the linear predictor?
