This is not so much of an issue as a question. Is there any capability to fit a multivariate response for any of the regression models in this package?

Is the GxE strategy with BGLR an altertive to MTM? I have done a couple of test and results are consistent. i have only tested with two phenotypes. I wanted to know you opinion on this.
