CompactionDataFusionPerformanceST fails because the compactions run at 4.004 million rows per second. The assertion is that performance is between 2.9 and 4 million rows per second

Steps to reproduce

1. Run CompactionDataFusionPerformanceST
2. See error

Expected behaviour

The test should pass. We can just update the assertion to increase the upper limit.
