[FEATURE] Update all internal links to use EleventyHtmlBasePlugin plugin

Currently we are using relative to the server links to the pages in the project.

Would like to use EleventyHtmlBasePlugin.

In PR #72 we've added the plugin to create the sitemap.xml file. Would like to use the plugin to work with all internal links.
